Removing an Ad Account

To protect your data and prevent accidental deletions, removing an ad account from Prism requires assistance from our Product Support team.

How to Request Ad Account Removal

  1. Navigate to the Integrations page and click on Manage for the platform associated with the ad account you wish to remove.
  2. In the Ad Accounts table, locate the ad account you want to remove.
  3. Click the Three Dots button under the Manage column for the selected ad account.
  4. Select the Remove this Ad Account option.
  5. A support request popup will appear with pre-filled request details.
  6. Verify the details and click Send Request to Support.
