Onboarding to Prism: Introduction

Prism’s onboarding process is designed to help you quickly unlock actionable insights for your brands. This guide will walk you through the essential steps of setting up your Prism account and understanding its key structure.

Understanding Key Components of Prism's Structure

  1. Platforms: Connect your brand and ad accounts (Meta, Google, etc.) so Prism can pull in real-time performance data.
  2. Planning & Insights Analyst Agent: A dedicated Prism analyst that delivers deep, account-level insights for Meta and Google, from performance diagnostics to strategic recommendations.
  3. Chat interface with Prompt library: Ask questions in plain English or use pre-built prompt templates to generate instant reports, audits, and campaign analysis inside the chat.

Getting Started: Your First Steps

  1. Account Creation

    • Option 1: Google Sign-In (fastest)
      1. Click “Sign up with Google”
      2. You’re done - no email verification or password required
    • Option 2: Email Sign-Up
      1. Enter your email and click “Sign up”
      2. Verify your email address
        1. Pro Tip: Check your spam folder if you don't see the verification email. You can request a new one up to three times. After 3 attempts, contact support at @support@pixis.ai
      3. Create a secure password to complete setup
        1. Create Your Password Your password must include:
          1. At least 8 characters

          2. One uppercase letter

          3. One lowercase letter

          4. One special character

  2. Organization Setup

    • Create your organization - Parent company of the brand
    • Define your business type (Agency, Brand)
    • Identify your primary tasks in terms of day to day business operations
  3. Brand Configuration

    • Set up your first brand
    • Configure essential details like website and location
    • Define time zone and currency settings
  4. Platform Connection

    • Link the ad accounts covered in your contract (e.g., Meta or Google Ads).
    • Ensure proper permissions and access levels
    • Start managing your campaigns

Important Things to Know

  • You can join multiple organizations by invitation, but you may only create one organization yourself.
  • Invitations for new users expire after 7 days
  • The platform works best with Chrome and Chromium based browsers, Safari, and Microsoft Edge (latest versions)
