Switch Between Different Organizations and Brands

Navigating Your Workspace

The left panel is your primary navigation tool in Prism. When you first look at it, you'll notice:

  • At the top: The Prism logo serves as your anchor point
  • Just below: The organization and brand selector
  • In the middle: Your list of available modules
  • At the bottom: The Control Center

The panel expands on hover to display full names and options, so you can easily confirm what you’re selecting.

Switching Between Organizations

Use the organization selector to move between orgs. They’re listed alphabetically, with associated brands shown underneath. If you manage many orgs, use the search bar to find the right one quickly.

Managing Your Brand Selection

Within an organization, you can move between brands using the brand selector. Each brand shows its organization name for context, and you can only work in one brand at a time. The search looks across both brand and organization names, prioritizing results in this order:

  1. Matches in both brand and organization names
  2. Matches in brand names
  3. Matches in organization names

Important Things to Remember

As you switch between organizations and brands, keep these key points in mind:

Your access levels might vary between different organizations and brands. For instance, you might be an Organization Admin in one place but a Brand Publisher in another. This affects what you can see and do in each context.

When it comes to settings:

  • Organization settings are exclusively visible to Organization Admins
  • Brand settings can be seen by both Brand Admins and Organization Admins
  • Other users will see these options disabled with a helpful tooltip explaining why they can't access them

If You Run Into Problems

If you can’t find an organization or brand, try the search bar, as names may differ from what you expect. If you see it listed but can’t access it, check your role and permissions. You may need to request access from an Organization Admin.
