How is Prism different from ChatGPT or other AI chat tools?
Prism is purpose-built for performance marketing. It connects directly to your ad platform APIs, continuously normalizes data, and includes pre-built prompts tested on marketing workflows. General AI tools require manual data export and custom configuration. Prism delivers cross-channel insights out of the box.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Prism is SOC 2 compliant, ISO certified, and GDPR compliant. It uses AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.2 in transit. Your marketing data is never used to train global models. All actions are logged with audit trails.
Does Prism show real-time data?
Yes. Prism continuously refreshes data through direct integrations. Each time you prompt Prism, it retrieves the most relevant, up-to-date data in real time and checks it for accuracy.
Can Prism make changes to my campaigns?
Currently, Prism can execute approved actions on Meta Ads (budget changes, bid adjustments, campaign modifications). All actions for Meta require your explicit approval before execution and are logged for audit purposes.
Can I manage multiple brands or clients?
Yes. Prism uses a workspace model where each workspace maps to a brand. Each brand can include multiple ad accounts across all the supported platforms.
