Access and Permissions

Brand Admin

Can:

• Create, edit, and delete portfolios under the brand
• Add/remove campaigns from portfolios
• Configure:
  • Monthly budget
  • KPI type and target
  • Monitoring dates
  • Scheduled sync settings
• Trigger manual sync for portfolios

Brand Viewer

Can:

• View the portfolio dashboard and metrics
• View campaign-level breakdowns inside each portfolio

Cannot:

• Create, edit, or delete portfolios
• Trigger sync

Roles are assigned by the brand creator or an existing Brand Admin.
