Connection Issues
Connection Failed
If an ad platform connection fails:
- Verify your platform credentials are correct
- Check that you have the required permissions on the ad account
- Ensure third-party cookies are enabled in your browser
- Try reconnecting
Query Issues
Query Returns No Data
- Verify the correct ad accounts are selected
- Check that the timeframe contains data
- Confirm the campaigns or ad sets you're querying actually exist
Unexpected Results
- Be more specific about timeframes, metrics, and campaign names
- Use the Enhance Prompt feature to refine your query
- Try selecting a different agent if the results don't match your expectations
Action Issues
Actions Not Executing
- Ensure you have the required permissions on the ad platform (Meta only currently supports actions)
- Verify the action was approved in Prism
- Check that the target campaign/ad set is in an editable state
