• Monitoring start date in the future

  • Portfolio shows as "Scheduled"
  • Pacing indicators show N/A until the start date
  • Sync can still run to build a baseline

• All campaigns paused on the platform

  • Portfolio may be marked as "Paused"
  • Last known metrics remain visible
  • Sync continues and updates when campaigns resume

• Brand Admin leaves the organization

  • Another Brand Admin should take over managing their portfolios
  • If no other Brand Admin exists, an org admin must assign one
