Understanding Brands in Prism

Prism brands are containers that can represent:

  • Different product lines
  • Regional divisions (like a Brand US and a Brand UK)
  • Distinct client accounts (for agencies)
  • Different business ventures under the same company

Brand Components

Every brand in Prism needs specific information to function effectively:

  1. Website Enter your brand’s website (valid URL, e.g. https://www.sample.com (opens in a new tab)). Prism uses this to surface competitor and market insights.
  2. Country Select the country where this brand operates. This sets region-specific features such as currency and reporting. If your business runs in multiple regions, create separate brands for each.

Brand Creation Steps

  1. Brand Name Selection
  • Choose a name between 3 and 50 characters
  • Make it unique within your organization
  1. Website Configuration
  • Enter your website URL in the correct format.
  1. Location Settings
  • Select your country from the dropdown. Think about where your primary audience is located
