Campaign Portfolio

A campaign portfolio is a named group of campaigns for a single brand that you monitor together.

Each portfolio has:

  • A monthly budget
  • A monitoring start date
  • A flight end date
  • Optional KPI type and target

Important: One campaign can belong to only one portfolio globally at any time.

Brand-Level Scope

  • Portfolios are created and managed per brand
  • A brand can have multiple portfolios, each containing campaigns from one or more ad accounts under that brand

Global Campaign Exclusivity

Once a campaign is added to a portfolio:

  • It is claimed globally and cannot be added to any other portfolio by any user
  • This prevents conflicting ownership and double counting of performance

Campaigns in a portfolio are released (and become available again) when:

  • They are removed from a portfolio
  • Their portfolio is deleted
  • The campaign is deleted on the ad platform and that change is detected during sync
