Campaign Portfolio
A campaign portfolio is a named group of campaigns for a single brand that you monitor together.
Each portfolio has:
- A monthly budget
- A monitoring start date
- A flight end date
- Optional KPI type and target
Important: One campaign can belong to only one portfolio globally at any time.
Brand-Level Scope
- Portfolios are created and managed per brand
- A brand can have multiple portfolios, each containing campaigns from one or more ad accounts under that brand
Global Campaign Exclusivity
Once a campaign is added to a portfolio:
- It is claimed globally and cannot be added to any other portfolio by any user
- This prevents conflicting ownership and double counting of performance
Campaigns in a portfolio are released (and become available again) when:
- They are removed from a portfolio
- Their portfolio is deleted
- The campaign is deleted on the ad platform and that change is detected during sync
